Ordering online is easy!
1. Look down the list of products on the left.
2. Type the quantity you want in the box on the left underneath Quantity.
3. Click submit then give us your shipping and billing information.
4. Press the Order Now! button.
We'll ship your order within one to two business days, and bill the total with shipping and handling to your Mastercard, VISA, or American Express. (For orders shipped to Santa Clara county, 8.25% sales tax will be added. For other California addresses, we add 7.5% sales tax.)

You can call our Customer Service Hotline anytime to place an order, ask questions about the products, or follow-up on an order. Product experts are available four days a week:
* Monday -- 9 am to 1 pm
* Tuesday -- 9 am to 1 pm
* Thursday -- 9 am to 1 pm
* Friday -- 9 am to 1 pm
All times are Pacific [GMT -8:00]
Outside of these times, you may leave a message with your order (including credit card information) or question and we will return your call during the next business day.
You may also send an order by email or fax. With these methods, please include credit card information (type of card, name on card, card number, expiration date) with your order. To order by postal mail, include your check, money order (international money orders must be in US dollars) or credit card information.

About Shipping and Handling
Domestic shipping is sent by Parcel Post Residential orders 4 lbs. and over shipped by UPS. Please provide a physical (street) address, and allow seven to ten postal work days for delivery. You can use the following charts to figure your shipping charges for North America.
